Located in the East Bay Hills, we are building an inaugural team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a scenic, open-air environment. The Role As a member of the Security Team, you will be a vital member of the venue team, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. You will provide a high-visibility presence to deter illegal actions while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional customer service and guest well-being.

Key Responsibilities Safety & Vigilance:

Maintain high-visibility presence, conduct pre-event sweeps, and monitor crowd activity to proactively address safety hazards or disturbances.

Conflict Resolution:

Intervene and de-escalate situations involving disruptive patrons using tact, professionalism, and expert de-escalation techniques.

Access Control:

Verify credentials at access points (stage, VIP, restricted zones) and perform bag checks or pat-downs in accordance with venue policy.

Guest Assistance:

Manage queues, control traffic flow, and provide clear directions to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all attendees.

Documentation:

Write detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with management and emergency services as needed.

Qualifications Licensing:

Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid California Guard Card (BSIS).

Expertise:

Proven experience in high-traffic environments with excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical duties such as crowd management.

Availability:

Must be available to work evening and weekend hours, including holidays, based on the seasonal event schedule.

Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:

$25.00 per hour.

Status:
