Job Summary:

We're looking for a committed worker to join our team! You will be coordinating the flow of multiple direct mail projects on an ongoing basis!

Responsibilities:

Uploads Mail.

Dat files to USPS PostalOne system using Monticello. Prepares USPS forms including USPS Mail Summary reports, Postage Statements, and other postal forms as needed. Works closely with Accounting to acquire postal checks. Works closely with Sales, CSRs, and Scheduling to have knowledge of customer release and delivery dates of direct mail pieces. Responsible for reporting any problems related to meeting customer release date to Customer Service Manager. Responsible for the storage and retrieval of all mail pieces within the plant. Examines and changes daily outbound schedule to ensure timely product delivery and optimal trailer utilization. Arranges customer supply/return loads as needed. Reviews inbound mainlines daily; tracks late arrivals and communicates with Operations to ensure efficient trailer processing upon arrival. Performs other duties as assigned Review/verify information on physical documents to system records Notate if there are any deficiencies by recording findings on spreadsheets

Qualifications:

BS Degree is Supply Chain & Logistics preferred Good computer skills with Word and Excel spreadsheet programs. Flexibility to adapt to changes and demands in a growing organization Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn
