Position Summary:

We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate individual to join our team! This is a dual-role position where you'll be assisting veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and treatments, as well as helping at the front desk with client communications and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians with exams, surgeries, diagnostics, and patient care Clean and prepare exam rooms and surgical areas Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and manage daily workflows Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records Help maintain a clean and organized hospital environment

A strong team player with a positive attitude Excellent communication and multitasking skills Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment No prior experience required, but experience in animal care, customer service, or reception is preferred Why Join Us?
