Veterinary Hospital Client Service Representative

Join Our Veterinary Team! We are currently looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our busy and compassionate veterinary practice! As the first face and voice our clients encounter, this role is incredibly important in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for both pets and their people. What You'll Do:

Greet clients and patients with kindness and professionalism Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments Prepare patient files, invoices, and health certificates Manage client communications via phone, email, and fax Help maintain accurate financial and medical records Support our veterinary team with excellent communication and teamwork

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with computers, typing, and multitasking Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stay calm and compassionate during complicated or stressful situations Veterinary or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person!
