$90,000 / year Description You Will Love Overseeing daily operations of a growing small animal veterinary hospital. Leading workflow optimization and operational efficiency initiatives. Partnering with the MDVM to align clinical excellence with business performance. Driving accountability, structure, and clear team expectations. Managing staffing, scheduling, and performance management processes. Overseeing financial responsibilities including payroll, inventory, budgeting, and KPI tracking. Coaching and developing team members into high-performing contributors. Identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions. Building a culture rooted in clarity, professionalism, and collaboration. You Will Bring 3+ years of operations or management experience (veterinary, healthcare, multi-unit service, hospitality, or similar industries). Strong business and financial acumen with comfort managing budgets and KPIs. Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable. Experience leading change and improving organizational culture. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. High emotional intelligence and a steady, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience with practice management software or business systems is a plus. Veterinary experience welcomed but not required.
