We are seeking to appoint a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated and professional team. The role will suit a versatile, reliable and motivated individual with outstanding attention to detail, who is looking for a rewarding position within the companion animal industry. You must be an excellent team player and be able to work using your own initiative as well as being a part of a busy team. Your duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing reception area Handle multi-line phone systems Schedule appointments Process Billing and Payments Maintain Patient Records Other administrative tasks as assigned Experience as an office receptionist is preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
