Part-time, Full-time Experienced Veterinary Receptionist Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Keys Animal ER. This is a critical role requiring excellent interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment. Candidates with prior experience as a receptionist in a medical or veterinary setting are strongly preferred.

We are hiring for one position: Thursday•

Sunday Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Efficiently handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries. Maintain accurate client records and perform administrative tasks with attention to detail. Act as the communication hub between clients and the veterinary team. Process payments, invoices, and client paperwork. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of receptionist experience in a medical or veterinary setting strongly preferred. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed when handling challenging situations with clients and staff. Dedication to providing exceptional client care.
