Veterinary Receptionist

Job Overview Join our veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist. The candidate must have 1 year prior experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or as a Veterinary Technician. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling using veterinary management software. Answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately. Collect payments and process medical billing with precision, ensuring clear communication of costs to pet owners. Manage incoming and outgoing laboratory samples, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for diagnostic testing. Maintain detailed records of pet medical histories, treatments, and procedures with accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications Previous 1yr experience in Veterinary Reception or Veterianary Technican required. Knowledge of veterinary terminology. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and billing processes. Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members in a professional manner.
