Position Overview Join our team as a Care Coordinator Supervisor who works ensures that clients that come to the hospital are greeted courteously and efficiently, that phones are answered promptly and calls directly properly, and that client payments and other payments are handled according to policies and standards. Supervises care coordinators for the hospital and serves as a care coordinator when staffing levels require it. Spring House Animal Hospital has built a strong reputation in Ambler, PA over more than 15 years of dedicated veterinary service, offering a broad range of medical and surgical services from routine wellness and dental care to laser therapy, geriatric care, urgent care, and a notable specialty in oncology and complex internal medicine. Our hospital has a close-knit, team-oriented environment, and while some parts of the day can be calm, other times can move very quickly — so adaptability and strong time management are a must. The ideal candidate is someone who can successfully balance supervisory responsibilities while also remaining an active, dedicated care coordinator for our clients and patients. Patient care, client communication, teamwork, and professionalism are all top priorities in this role. Key Responsibilities Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and kindness Supervisory experience including coaching team members and issuing corrective action when necessary Managing care coordinator scheduling Comfortable handling cash, bank deposits, CareCredit, and Scratchpay Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Familiarity with veterinary medicine and terminology Experience with Avimark preferred Willingness to learn, participate in trainings, and continue growing Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment Pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital Team-player mentality with a positive attitude Willingness to help wherever needed, including cleaning and filling downtime productively Comfortable using mobile communication and technology as needed We are looking for someone who truly takes pride in their work, supports their team, and wants to help create the best possible experience for both our clients and patients every day. Qualifications (Required) 2 or more years of experience in a reception position.
