Veterinary Receptionist - Experienced

Overview We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about animals and is committed to providing excellent care for our patients and clients. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting, checking in patients, processing payments Multi-line phone systems and customer service excellence required Scheduling appointments Cleaning exam rooms, kennels, tabletops, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment Restocking all supplies in the hospital Sweeping and mopping, emptying trash, picking up fecal waste outside Handling/restraint for dogs and cats of all breeds and temperaments Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs. Must be available to work closing shift (required) Strong work ethic, patience, and a team-oriented mindset Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with pet owners 90-day probation period
