Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in and check-out procedures Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize clinic flow and minimize wait times Collect payments, and handle billing inquiries with professionalism Maintain detailed client records, update pet information, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data Assist veterinary staff with animal handling tasks such as restraint, animal husbandry, and basic pet grooming when needed • Experience Previous experience in veterinary reception or a related pet care environment is highly preferred Familiarity with veterinary care procedures Knowledge of animal anatomy, restraint techniques, pet grooming, dog training, and dog handling enhances your ability to assist effectively Strong communication skills combined with an understanding of veterinary terminology will enable clear interactions with clients and team members Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude is essential for success in this energetic role Join us in delivering outstanding pet care by providing compassionate support to our clients and their animals.
