In person Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our busy, team-oriented practice. This role offers hands-on experience with a diverse caseload, including small animals, large animals, and exotic species. We provide training and mentorship to support continued skill development, making this a great opportunity for both experienced technicians and those looking to grow in the field. Responsibilities Collect patient histories and record vital signs Assist veterinarians with exams, surgical procedures, and dental cleanings Perform in-house laboratory testing and collect diagnostic samples Administer medications and treatments as directed Maintain accurate, detailed medical records Qualifications Completion of an accredited Veterinary Technician program or equivalent hands-on experience (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills Compassionate and confident handling a variety of animal species Technology & Equipment Avimark practice management software IDEXX laboratory equipment (ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue) Vimago CT imaging system Benefits Health insurance (including vision, dental, and HSA options) Simple IRA retirement plan Life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Employee discounts on pet care Continuing education allowance How to Apply If you're excited to expand your skills while working with a wide range of species in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
