Veterinary Technician

High volume, small animal practice looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals to fill available part time/full time positions. Must have at least 1 year experience and be available to work Saturdays. Spanish speaking a plus, but not required. Pay rate based on experience.

Technician/Assistant:

Duties would include, but are not limited to: • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude. Self motivated. Fast learner. Efficient worker. Ability to multitask, in a high volume, high energy atmosphere. While maintaining organization, and positive attitude. Assist with phone calls, to schedule appointments using practice management software (Avimark). And to answer client questions. Keeping of proper medical records. (With training) Understanding and handling of pharmaceutical products offered. (With training) Ability to collect and set up lab samples. Ability to problem solve minor issues. Maintain stock and cleanliness of exam rooms, treatment areas and lab.
