Vice President, C & I Senior Portfolio Manager First Internet Bank of Indiana Fishers

Position:
As the Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager, you will provide general monitoring activities, administrative support and oversight to the bank's commercial loan portfolio in an effort to prudently manage ongoing risk. You will work closely with bank management to timely report the general condition and quality of the commercial loan portfolio.
What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain consistent analysis and underwriting process for all credit requests Assure timely completion of annual reviews as applicable Oversee the monitoring and collection of periodic loan servicing requirements and addresses documentation exceptions Monitor delinquency reporting, upcoming loan maturities and loan covenant testing Coordinate the completion and distribution of periodic portfolio reports to management Act as a secondary or alternate contact for customer relationships Resolve billing disputes and account discrepancy issues Assist in preparing for periodic portfolio reviews conducted by regulatory agencies, loan review and internal audit Prepare draft responses to audits, reviews and regulatory exam reports as requested Perform quality control reviews insuring loans are properly booked to loan system based on executed loan documentation and final approval conditions Maintain and update exception reporting related to any discrepancies Review the closed loan credit and documentation files for completeness and organization Responsible for any other duties/activities assigned by Vice President, Portfolio Manager Team Lead and/or C & I Manager involving commercial lending portfolio management activities Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of relevant banking, portfolio management or credit experience required. Good organizational skills. Thorough understanding of financial statement preparation and content. High degree of self-confidence. Strong PC, Intrnet and administrative skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions/Demands:
Professional office setting. Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information as well as effectively utilize a remote support staff.
