Job Description:

Vice President, Clinical Development US (Hybrid or Remote) Well-funded, emerging biotech company seeking a strategic and hands-on clinical development leader to guide programs across the US and Europe. Reporting directly to the CEO, this physician executive will drive clinical strategy, protocol development, and execution of global clinical studies from early through late-stage development. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical development strategy, study design, and endpoint planning Oversee execution of clinical trials across US/EU regions Partner cross-functionally with Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Data Sciences, Translational Sciences, and CMC Support regulatory interactions with FDA and EMA Provide leadership to CROs, investigators, and internal development teams Build strong relationships with KOLs and external scientific partners Qualifications MD or MD/PhD required 12+ years of biotech/pharma clinical development experience Proven leadership across Phase 1-3 programs Experience with FDA/EMA interactions and global trials Neuroscience or neurodegenerative disease experience preferred Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech environment This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected leadership team and play a visible role shaping the future of a growing clinical-stage organization.
