You will be trusted to make decisions, shape culture, and raise the standard. You will work with experienced people who care about the product, the customer, and each other. Margin matters here.   • The path from sold project to 5-star customer experience.
  • Scheduling, engineering, production, installation, and customer service.
  • Gross profit performance.
  • Building a scalable operating model with disciplined growth.

  • 5+ years of progressive operations leadership.
  • Proven improvement in process, margin, schedule, completion, or team performance.
  • Comfort leading in a hands-on, high-detail business.
  • Degree helpful; equivalent experience valued.
