Job Description:
Lead global reliability strategy across product development, validation, and field performance. Drive risk-based decision-making for new products and major design changes while balancing performance, cost, schedule, and business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Establishing reliability standards, testing methods, and validation processes Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, operations, and commercial functions Monitoring field performance and driving continuous product improvement Managing product risk, failure response, and corrective actions Supporting financial planning through reliability and lifecycle insights Building and scaling a high-performing technical organization
Requirements:
Engineering or related technical degree Extensive experience in reliability, product engineering, or similar fields Strong leadership experience in complex global organizations
