- A Brief Overview
- The Vice President of Total Rewards serves as the strategic leader for compensation, benefits, and employee health & well-being across Avera Health.
- What you will do
- + Develop and lead a comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and employee health & wellness, aligned with Avera Health's mission and strategic priorities.
- Essential Qualifications
- The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- + Bachelor's or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + 7-9 years of progressive human resources experience. + Experience in supporting system executive leadership teams.
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- + Master's or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - Human Resource Standards Institute (HRCI) + SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) - Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM) + Health Care experience.
