Video Editor/ Content Creator

On-Site, not a remote job! We are seeking a dedicated and creative Video Editor to join our video production team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and experience in video production and editing. As an editor, you will be responsible for reviewing large amounts of footage, creating engaging stories, and making polished final products. Responsibilities Collaborate with the production team to determine the best footage and angles for each scene. Edit video footage using software (such as DaVinci Resolve, Premier Pro, etc.) to create polished final products. Color grade every scene from LOG footage to produce compelling and captivating images that elevate the quality, and help to tell a story. Maintain organized files of all footage and project assets throughout the production process. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and production quality. Have a proficient understanding of Youtube's algorithms and systems, to further the reach of content, and enable our channel to have steady and consistent growth. Qualifications A visual storyteller with a strong understanding of how shots come together to tell a story. Experience with Color Grading LOG footage. Experience in and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, Youtube preferred. Proficiency in Editing softwares Familiarity with internet and social media algorithms. Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for composition and storytelling through visuals. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to sit and use video editing softwares for extended periods of time. Patience and eagerness necessary to create the perfect visual story. Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas during team discussions.
