We are looking for a skilled and dependable Video Engineer & Post-Production Specialist to join our growing media team. Responsibilities Operate and manage multi-camera podcast and video studio productions Handle audio/video recording, lighting, switching, and live production workflows Edit podcasts, interviews, reels, and promotional content Color correction, sound mixing, and final mastering Organize media assets and maintain production files Create short-form social media clips from long-form content Troubleshoot production equipment and technical issues Assist with studio setup and production planning Requirements Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Currently we are using Riverside Studio for our software Understanding of audio engineering and podcast production Knowledge of cameras, lighting, live switching, and studio equipment Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organization Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts is a plus Bonus Skills Motion graphics or After Effects experience Livestream production experience Photography or drone experience Marketing/content strategy understanding What We Offer Creative and fast-growing environment Opportunity to work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and podcast talent Flexible scheduling opportunities Potential for long-term growth within the company Access to professional studio equipment and projects To Apply Please send: Resume Portfolio or sample work Links to edited videos or podcasts Brief introduction about your experience
