Vineyard Operations and Groundskeeping Livermore, CA 94550 From $30 an hour - Part-time From $30 an hour - Part-time About Retzlaff Estate Vineyards Retzlaff Estate Vineyards is a certified organic vineyard and winery on a historic 14-acre estate in Californias Livermore Valley. We grow our premium organic grapes and produce our wines on-site. Our property also includes landscaped picnic and event areas, which we maintain year-round. Position Summary Reporting to the Operations and Winery Managers, you will support daily vineyard tasks, groundskeeping, and landscaping. You will also assist with winemaking activities and event setup as needed. Key Responsibilities Vineyard & Winery Operations

• Prune vines; manage trellising; support cultivation and other seasonal vineyard work
• Operate and maintain spray and irrigation systems; assist with harvest activities
• Assist with cellar and winemaking tasks as needed, including barreling, bottling, and inventory Grounds & Landscaping Maintenance
• Perform general landscape upkeep, including planting and seasonal improvements
• Manage weed control and support irrigation for landscaped areas
• Help set up and break down event spaces for private and public functions Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with vineyard work, viticulture, and/or winery operations
• Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• General maintenance skills (e.g., painting, basic carpentry, equipment upkeep, and use of power tools)
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to operate tractors and forklifts (or willingness to learn)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Reliable, hands-on work style with flexibility and a willingness to learn
• Availability for some weekends and overtime during peak seasons Compensation Competitive hourly wage, based on experience.

Part time to start, potential for full time depending on experience.
