Role Purpose:

To prepare for and perform the molding of parts to meet all requirements, including delivery and/or subsequent production schedules

Critical Competencies:

Ability to follow work instructions. Ability to calculate ratios from formulas and apply to weights of compounds. Ability to use scales to weigh accurately in small quantities. Attention to detail required. Good basic mathematical abilities including the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations required.

Physical Demands:

Ability to work standing up for up to 4 hours at a time. Adequate dexterity for using various hand tools. Visual acuity to inspect finished parts. Ability to lift 40 pounds intermittently and 25 pounds routinely. Ability to use torque wrench, drill and socket ratchets. Education and/or

Experience:

Minimum HS diploma or GED required. Prior molding experience preferred. Prior experience with mechanical assembly/disassembly preferred.
