In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality vinyl siding on residential buildings enhancing their aesthetic appeal and weather resistance. Duties Measure and prepare surfaces to ensure proper siding installation, following blueprints and schematics. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and install vinyl siding accurately. Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects efficiently. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while maintaining proper posture and technique. Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and other finishing techniques to ensure seamless siding installation. Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and project progress. Collaborate with team members on framing, masonry, roofing, or other related trades as needed for project completion. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in roofing, framing carpentry, or remodeling projects. Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels; power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience with heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, and working at heights safely. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and materials fabrication techniques. Familiarity with related trades such as plumbing, masonry, metal stud framing or restoration is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to adapt quickly on-site.
