The Virtual Sales Representative implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSR will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative. In this exciting opportunity, you are a great fit if you can…. Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations. Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually. Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff. Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve goals, as well as understand local & regional market trends for virtual territory. You are a great fit if you have… Bachelor's degree minimum required Minimum 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience required 1+ years specialty sales experience required, Hematology preferred Demonstrated history of documented & consistent achievement of sales performance 1+ years virtual sales experience strongly preferred Expert selling skills & strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to apply disease state & product knowledge effectively Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts. Ability to provide disease state awareness, profile and patient identification, and document key account dynamics, customer needs, and relevant market information.
