VMware Engineer

Provide day-to-day operational support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments, including administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Support Omnissa Horizon VDI environment, including user connectivity, session performance, and pool management. Assist with patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of virtualization platforms. Collaborate with storage, network, and security teams during incidents and maintenance activities. Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs to ensure consistent support processes. What's Needed? Experience supporting VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Horizon VDI environments. Strong understanding of virtualization, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and related technologies. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex virtualization issues. Knowledge of operational processes including incident, problem, and change management. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
