LAN/WAN, & security. (i.e. MS Windows OS and NOS, Unix, Linux, directory services, NAS and SAN and Tape and Backup, Proxy, Firewalls, VP, IDS, IPS, etc.).
Possess Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or better
Experience with CISCO Voice and Security or related expertise or equivalent experience,
ITIL Foundations Certification (within 6 months) with related expertise or equivalent experience
Experience with ITSM/Remedy
