About Us Heirs of Elegance is a youth empowerment and enrichment program focused on building confidence, leadership, discipline, creativity, and character in young girls through mentorship, faith, majorette baton twirling and movement, etiquette, and positive life skills. Position Summary We are seeking positive, dependable, and passionate Mentors who enjoy working with youth and making a difference in the community. Mentors will help guide, encourage, and support participants during weekly sessions, community activities, and special events. Responsibilities Lead or assist with weekly empowerment topics and group discussions Encourage confidence, leadership, teamwork, and positive behavior Help supervise students during activities and events Assist with dance, etiquette, faith-based, or creative activities when needed Serve as a positive role model and mentor to participants Help create a safe, welcoming, and uplifting environment
