WORK SCHEDULE
This Volunteer Services Coordinator position typically works on-site 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Hospice of North Idaho in Coeur d'Alene, ID is looking to hire an experienced full-time Volunteer Services Coordinator . As a non-profit, our volunteer program is critical to our mission, and we are looking for just the right person with the drive and initiative to spearhead our High Impact Volunteer model . The Volunteer Services Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a quality volunteer program utilizing the High Impact Volunteer model at Hospice of North Idaho. This position recruits, screens, and trains prospective volunteers and initiates placement within the organization. Provides ongoing support and education to current volunteers. Assesses the organization needs and works closely with managers to find opportunities for volunteers to enhance the overall Hospice of North Idaho mission.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2-4 years experience with program administration and/or supervision preferred; valid driver's license, personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation, and evidence of insurance coverage as required by HONI policy required.READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
