About UHP UHP — Unlock Human Potential is building a new category of education centered around whole-human experiential vocational training, leadership development, and purpose-driven transformation. UHP serves veterans, transitioning service members, and purpose-driven individuals through immersive programs that integrate human performance, leadership, wellness, vocational skills, and personal growth. Our environment is fast-moving, mission-driven, and deeply experiential. We are not a traditional university, gym, military program, or trade school — we are building a scalable human development institution designed for the future workforce. The Opportunity UHP is seeking a Vice President of Program Operations & Delivery to architect and lead the operational execution of our Human Performance and student experience ecosystem. This role is designed for a high-capacity operational leader who thrives in mission-driven, high-accountability environments and can bring structure, synchronization, and consistency to a passionate coaching and experiential education organization. The ideal candidate understands how to manage elite performers without diminishing culture. They know how to create systems, rhythms, accountability, and operational excellence while preserving the energy and mission that make transformational programs work. This leader will serve as the operational backbone connecting coaching teams, student schedules, program execution, campus operations, leadership cadence, experiential delivery, and accountability systems. This is not a traditional academic administrator role. This is a builder/operator role for someone capable of scaling a complex experiential organization. Key Responsibilities Lead operational execution of all Human Performance and experiential programs Build and manage systems that ensure smooth student flow, scheduling, staffing, accountability, and delivery Establish operational standards and scalable processes across all coaching and program functions Oversee day-to-day coordination of coaching staff schedules, coverage, accountability, and communication Partner closely with the SVP of Human Performance to translate philosophy into operational execution Ensure students experience a seamless, organized, transformational environment Develop KPI dashboards and operational scorecards Create communication rhythms, meeting cadences, staffing structures, and accountability systems Serve as a key integrator between Human Performance, Campus Operations, Hospitality, Student Experience, Outcomes/Placement, and Leadership Qualifications & Experience Ideal Candidate Background The ideal candidate likely comes from one or more of the following environments: Special Operations human performance programs Military training pipelines Tactical athlete organizations Collegiate athletic operations Elite sports performance organizations Veteran-serving organizations Experiential education organizations High-accountability operational leadership environments Strong preference for military veterans and candidates with experience supporting Special Operations populations. Required Qualifications 7+ years leading complex operational teams Proven experience managing high-performance or coaching environments Exceptional organizational and execution skills Strong leadership presence with emotionally intelligent communication Experience creating scalable systems and operational processes Ability to manage both mission-driven culture and operational accountability Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Leadership Characteristics The successful candidate will be: Calm under pressure Highly organized Operationally disciplined Mission-aligned Respected by high performers Systems-oriented without becoming bureaucratic Able to hold accountability while preserving culture Comfortable leading strong personalities Obsessed with execution quality What Success Looks Like Within 12 months, this leader will: Create operational clarity across Human Performance delivery Improve coach accountability and scheduling consistency Reduce friction between coaching and campus operations Improve student experience consistency Build scalable systems capable of supporting significant national growth Help institutionalize UHP's culture without losing its soul
Schedule & Environment Schedule :
Flexibility is required based on campus operational needs, including varying shifts, occasional weekends, and instrcuational coverage requirements across our 800+ acre environment.
Work Environment :
Fully onsite at 25200 Ranch Road, Gentry, AR 72734 within a fast-paced, immersive human performance and coaching environment. This role requires daily interaction with students, coaches, and leadership teams while operating in a highly collaborative setting.
