VTC Technician Associate

Plateau Group is seeking an Associate VTC Technician to join our team. The VTC Technician is responsible for hosting, setup, tracking and coordinating VIP meetings.

Responsibilities:

Support all VTC operations Support day-today VTC setup, scheduling, troubleshooting, maintenance, in-call support, and training on VTC equipment Verify calendars, support scheduling of various rooms, and coordinating with VIPs Support replacement of equipment and installation of replacement equipment Support MS Teams meetings in the same capacity as VTC when hosted in a conference room Coordinate conference room schedules via multiple calendars Submit/track equipment warranty requests and trouble tickets when required Document work completed in a local ticketing system Other duties as assigned Requirements To get started, you must have: Secret clearance Good communication and schedule awareness skills Basic knowledge of video telecommunications hardware and Microsoft Teams Excellent interpersonal skills Preferred Advanced A/V and VTC experience Ticketing system and metric experience Plateau does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters without a signed third-party agreement.
