Regional Truck Driver Wanted•Home Weekends Guaranteed Dragon Xpress is the private fleet of ND Paper, handling dedicated internal freight between our paper mills and customers across the Midwest.

Pay:

$1,250•$1,700 per week Consistent miles Mostly drop & hook 100% no-touch freight Home weekends guaranteed 2,000•3,000 miles per week (consistent) Our operation is highly organized and built around internal freight, dedicated customers, and repeat lanes, allowing drivers to run steady miles with minimal downtime. Drivers regularly average strong daily miles because freight is fast-moving and efficient: Dedicated paper loads Mostly drop & hook freight This is a steady regional position with reliable freight, organized dispatch, and consistent work week after week.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Follow all safety protocols during loading and unloading operations. Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Present a professional, neat, and clean personal appearance . Accurately record deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation . Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatchers, clients, and team members about delivery status and any issues encountered. Comply with company policies, safety standards, and all traffic laws .

Qualifications:

Minimum age: 23 years old.

Experience:

At least 24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer (semi-combination) driving experience in the last 48 months Driving record: No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years while operating a personal or commercial vehicle. No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years.

Work history:

Consistent driving employment with no extended gaps in the past 3 years.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure full safety compliance.

Language:

Must be able to speak and understand English.
