2 Rounds Zoom Interviews About the Role We are looking for an experienced Release Engineer / Release Manager to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. The team is currently managing both classic and modern platforms, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and governing multiple enterprise-wide releases across mission-critical environments. This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders while ensuring smooth execution of release cycles in a high-transaction ecosystem.

Must Have :

10+ years of Release Management experience Experience working in large-scale, mission-critical/high transaction environments Strong AWS knowledge Mainframe platform experience CI/CD pipeline understanding Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience handling multiple enterprise releases annually Release governance and environment management expertise Hands-on experience with JIRA / qTest / ALM Nice to Have EKS knowledge TDD exposure

PMP / ITIL

/ SAFe Certification Payments/Card Processing domain experience

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate enterprise-wide release activities across multiple teams Support modernization initiatives involving both legacy and modern platforms Oversee release governance, deployment planning, and environment management Collaborate with stakeholders, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth release execution Maintain CI/CD release processes and deployment coordination Track release activities using tools such as JIRA, qTest, and ALM Drive communication and status reporting for enterprise release schedules
