Estimes, manages, and accounts for funding of assigned projects. Inities, modifies, and assesses task orders/work/releases/contracts with Technical Support Services Contract (TSSC), ¿ NAS (Nional Air Space) Integrion Support Contract (NISC), and others in response to changes in scope, performance and cost. Interfaces with Logistics on contract award, contract modificions and merials acquisitions. Reviews and approves contractor submittal. Verifies project merial, manages project logistics, purchases merials, determines and implements construction methods used in the install/construct/integre of equipment and systems. Acts as the primary liaison in regard to coordining activities with stakeholders. Provides project stus updes, tends project meetings, executes site surveys, and participes in Contractor Acceptance Inspection (CAI's) and Joint Acceptance Inspection (JAI's). Serves as COTR (Contracting Officer Technical Representive), overseeing work activities to ensure contract requirements and schedules des are met. Coordines between the Project Engineer and the CO (Contracting Officer) and other shareholders/agencies involved in the project. Contacts include internal and external organizions including but not limited to Ste and Federal Agencies, Defense (DOD), airport management, contractors, and utility companies to obtain informion or resolve problems.
