Wait Staff/Server

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Our servers keep 100% of tips they receive from guests. During training we pay an hourly wage plus tips.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guest

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic math for handling payments
• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
