Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest requests promptly Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food preparation is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, culinary knowledge, and a genuine love for the food industry.
