This includes the correct transfer of calls. Responsible for printing, boxing, and replenishing Price Lists. Help with mailing Product Catalogs, Price Lists, and other necessary customer mailings. Mail customer letters within a reasonable time for holiday schedule changes. Growth Have a proactive mindset, anticipating the future needs of our customers. Being able to effectively communicate with the sales team and warehouse personnel to develop solutions for customer issues that arise. Helping with route growth by handling our customer letter mailings.
