$23.06 per hour, with an additional $ 2 .00 per hour differential shift pay .

We are looking for Warehouse III Associates The position is responsible for supporting the door build process by working safely and efficiently with other associates to create products desired at Kohler's Union City facility . This is to include the following job instructions (JI's), problem solving, and quality checks where applicable.

Crafting Excellence:

Your Responsibilities Warehouse Operator must have forklift operator's license. Follow 5-S rules, PPE, and safe work practices . Mu st b e able to pull orders correctly from packing tickets, maintain accurate records , operate a stand-up lift safely and efficiently. Maintain minimum standards for pulling orders . Load trucks correctly base d on information on pick tickets. Follow Department SOP's . Here's the qualifications we are looking for: Key Qualifications Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications Forklift license required Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Actively participate in developmental training as outlined or recommended . Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment . Work overtime and/or non-regular hours as needed Work in other areas as needed Conduct developmental testing as requested Novice computer skills Communicate effectively between shifts Work with minimum supervision CDL/DOT Compliant All other duties as assigned

Skills/Requirements Additional Requirements Physical Capability:

Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 45-106 pounds or more.
