Order Processing Associate Pay Rate:

$18.50/hr

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime as needed

Paulsboro, NJ 08066 Position Summary This role is responsible for receiving, shipping, order processing, and resolving purchase order and receiving-related issues. The associate will exercise independent judgment under supervisor direction while ensuring accurate order handling and timely follow-up. Primary Responsibilities Perform receiving, shipping, and order picking duties. Resolve purchase order and receiving discrepancies. Follow up on orders not received per customer requests. Communicate order status with customers. Process order revisions, including pricing and scheduling updates. Analyze and confirm accuracy of customer orders. Enter shipments and finalize receipts. Set up new supplier and customer information. Verify and process orders. Provide guidance and problem-solving support to team members. Maintain compliance with shipping and receiving regulations.

Requirements:

Drug and background screening Reliable transportation Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately 1 year of related experience RF scanning experience. Knowledge of purchasing, accounting systems, receiving reports, and shipping regulations Experience operating PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment.
