Monee, IL We are currently seeking to fill an Admin Clerk position. This is a
FT / IN-PERSON
position with possible mandatory overtime (which may include Saturdays).
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, problem solving skills and time management skills. The Admin Clerk reports directly to the Site Admin Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Accept client orders Liaison between internal company parties, clients and other third parties Maintain information in multiple systems (internal and client) Possess strong analytical skills and ability to work in spreadsheet applications Assures timely updates to systems and communications on an on-going basis Works with all parties (carriers, etc.) to assure logistics plans are met Fosters great working relationships-Works very closely with others on daily communications and resource concerns Works with others to achieve entire team goals Contributes to the quality program, to include: Taking measures to assure continuous exceptional quality. Actively participates in improvement initiative, and actively participates in root cause activities Must be able to act as a back up the Shipping/Receiving clerk
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
High School Diploma Experience:
Microsoft Excel Outlook Typing 40 WPM Microsoft Word
KEY COMPETENCIES
Computer skills SAP knowledge
