Warehouse Administrator Needed Staffing Services, Inc - 3.5 Alhambra, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $23 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Logistics Inbound logistics Microsoft Office Administrative experience Clerical experience Freight Order fulfillment Full Job Description We are a food facility located in the city of Alhambra currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Administrator to join our team. We are seeking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and who can commit to working overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipment docs like BOLS, packing list, invoices, etc.
  • Coordinate with couriers, vendors and freight companies for deliveries and outgoing shipments.
  • Admin task like filing, answering phone calls, invoicing, etc.
  • Previous dispatcher experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse clerk experience in a logistics setting is a huge plus. Receiving, shipping, inventory control and order processing. Experience with MS Office. Excel, UPS/ Fed Ex Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

$20-23/

Friday Shift:
