Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on Warehouse & Fleet Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, fleet readiness, inventory management, vehicle organization, and operational support for our growing plumbing company. This role is critical to maintaining technician efficiency, controlling operational costs, and ensuring our vehicles, tools, materials, and facilities remain organized, stocked, compliant, and ready for daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, capable of enforcing standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accountability and consistency matter. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment Organize shelving, inventory locations, and material storage systems Manage incoming and outgoing inventory Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed Track tool assignments and equipment accountability Coordinate deliveries, returns, and vendor pickups Maintain safety standards throughout the warehouse Fleet Management Oversee company vehicle readiness and appearance Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and records Coordinate oil changes, tire replacements, repairs, registrations, and inspections Monitor vehicle cleanliness, organization, and technician compliance Track GPS, mileage, fuel usage, and fleet-related expenses Assist with vehicle upfitting and truck stock standardization Maintain fleet inventory and replenishment systems Operational Support Build and maintain truck stock systems and replenishment procedures Assist with warehouse optimization and operational process improvements Coordinate with management regarding inventory needs and fleet concerns Support field technicians with material and equipment needs Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Assist with facility maintenance and operational projects as needed QualificationsRequired Prior warehouse, fleet, logistics, or operations experience Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong communication and accountability skills Comfortable using technology and inventory tracking systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Mechanically inclined with basic understanding of vehicles and tools Preferred Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or skilled trades industry Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software Forklift experience Inventory management experience Fleet maintenance coordination experience Ideal Candidate Traits Highly organized Self-motivated Process-driven Detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Strong sense of ownership Able to enforce standards professionally Thrives in structured environments Problem solver with a proactive mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle opportunities (if applicable) Paid time off Health benefits (if applicable) Career growth opportunities Stable, long-term employment Supportive team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment Why Join Us? $48,897.84 - $58,887.72 per year
