Why This Job is Worth It Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) - no nights or weekends Steady, year-round work with a growing company Clear path to grow within the company Supportive team that will train you and set you up to succeed Benefits Health Plan Paid Time Off 7 Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match (after 6 months) Life Insurance Ongoing training and development What You'll Be Doing Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs Load/unload trucks and assist installers with job prep Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Track materials, verify orders, and maintain accurate records Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and organized Return overstock and process returns efficiently Ensure all jobs for the next day are fully prepped and ready to go What We're Looking For 1+ year of warehouse experience (trade industry a plus) Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay active throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and consistent-this role is critical to the team Comfortable following systems, processes, and safety procedures Basic computer or inventory experience is helpful but not required Team player with a positive, get-it-done attitude
