Summary of Responsibility:

Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications. Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. May also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire. Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks.
