Warehouse Assembly Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Assembly Associate to join our Assembly team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your primary role is to assemble corrugate cardboard displays with customer product and ensure the assembly production line operates in an orderly, timely fashion. This consists of folding and building displays, manually stacking with product, wrapping, and repacking or taping boxes/pallets of customer product. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production activities. Duties Assemble corrugated cardboard point-of-purchase (POP) displays according to company specifications and customer requirements. Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure the proper assembly of display units. Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment such as box cutters, staplers, tape dispensers, and other assembly-related devices. Perform quality checks on raw materials as well as finished displays to ensure accuracy and functionality. Package and prepare assembled displays for shipment or storage. Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and supplies needed for assembly. Collaborate with other warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Handle and manage corrugated cardboard materials with care to prevent damage during assembly Lift finished good products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of the warehouse, by hand or using hand trucks. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or warehouse managers.

Able to adapt to changing tasks and a dynamic work schedule Ability to work in fast paced environment with a good sense of urgency Basic knowledge and adherence to warehouse safety practices Excellent communication skills in a team setting Physical Requirements Must be able to stand/sit up to 4-8 hours a day while operating in warehouse environment Must be able to work in a wide range of temperatures from 50 degrees to 80 degrees.
