In Person Pay:

$20-$23 per hour NY Lounge Decor, a Long Island based event rental company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced event rental environment.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee, maintain, and prepare outgoing event rental equipment Check in and inspect incoming rental products after events Assist with loading and unloading trucks Help keep the warehouse organized and event-ready Communicate effectively with office staff, drivers, event crews, and customers Assist with problem-solving and daily warehouse operations Support the team with inventory control and equipment preparation

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Must be available most Saturday mornings Clean driver's license required Ability to lift and move event rental equipment Good communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Bilingual is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Most Saturday mornings as needed
