$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: Warehouse associate We're expanding. Join us in our success. At BOLE Machinery, Inc., we believe adaptability is integral to success. We strive to provide our clients with high precision injection molding machines and exceptional, hands-on service. As a Warehouse associate, you'll provide support for our warehouse and assist with shipping and receiving, including but not limited to inventory management, stock counts, managing supplies for the warehouse, and logistics.- Provide technical support, both written & verbal, to the Engineering, Service, and Sales Teams.
- Prepare and update technical training documentation both internal and external.
- Assist in managing, creating, and updating the CRM system. Data entry / documents service forms, inventory, general reports.
- Assist, update and prepare customers quotation using the CRM system.
- Assist in managing of inventory of Inbound/Outbound spare parts and create/update reports.
- Assist and update customer presentations.
- Assist with planning and scheduling shipments & rigging operations to either customer location or BOLE Machinery Inc.
- Assist with purchasing materials, planning inventory, and overseeing warehouse efficiency.
- Interact with clients and future customers to interpret and anticipate their needs.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor ad-hoc engineering projects.
