Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily e-commerce order fulfillment, receiving and stocking incoming inventory, and maintaining an organized parts storage area to ensure efficient operations and accurate order processing. Key Responsibilities Pack and prepare e-commerce customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring items are properly labeled, protected, and ready for shipment. Break down incoming pallets of parts, verify quantities, and put away stock in the designated warehouse locations. Receive and organize stacks of boxes and materials from Uline and other suppliers. Stock and replenish the customer parts room shelves, maintaining proper organization, and accurate inventory levels. Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, staging, and moving materials as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times. Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation when required. Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.). Work collaboratively with the warehouse and customer service teams to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or stocking experience required. Prior experience operating forklift Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and move heavier items with proper equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order packing and inventory handling. Basic computer skills (ability to use inventory/shipping software is a plus). Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift heavy objects repeatedly. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may be subject to varying temperatures). Schedule Full-time position Benefits Paid time off Retirement plan Employee discount
