Production Materials Coordinator responsible for preparing, kitting, distributing, and tracking components to support daily manufacturing operations. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of related experience Experience supporting daily manufacturing or production operations Experience monitoring production schedules Experience gathering components and parts for manufacturing Experience kitting components for production use Experience loading feeders and production carts Experience preparing orders for production lines Experience checking, stripping, and returning production carts to inventory Inventory issue resolution experience Ability to use company-specific programs and software Reporting experience Scheduling experience Preferred Skills Manufacturing materials coordination experience Production line support experience Inventory control experience Component staging and kitting experience Experience coordinating with production, inventory, warehouse, and operations teams Experience supporting multiple production lines Job Responsibilities Perform daily tasks within business operations Monitor and follow the production schedule throughout the day Ensure production material needs are met Gather components and parts required for manufacturing Kit individual components and distribute kits to points of use Load feeders for production operations Load and prepare production carts Prepare upcoming orders for each production line based on the production schedule Check production carts after use Strip production carts and return unused inventory to stock Resolve inventory-related issues with representatives from other departments Maintain working knowledge of production operations Complete related duties as assigned by management
