1‑hour unpaid lunch Job Description The Warehouse Associate supports seasonal HVAC operations by assisting with receiving large truck shipments, pulling and staging orders, and preparing materials for next‑day deliveries. This role requires efficient use of RF scanners , strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Daily tasks include staging orders with paperwork for drivers, unloading trucks, reorganizing inventory to accommodate incoming materials, and supporting general warehouse operations. Must‑Haves Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience , including sit‑down forklift operation Experience using RF scanners (training on internal systems may be provided) Qualifications Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory (preferred) Ability to quickly learn product knowledge Sit‑down forklift operator experience required Ability to read and understand invoicing systems and RF scanners Ability to lift to 50 lbs Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand for a full 8‑hour shift Responsibilities Assist the receiving team with unloading large truck deliveries Pull and prepare orders for shipment and next‑day deliveries Stage orders with appropriate paperwork for drivers Load and unload materials safely Use RF scanners to track inventory movement Move and reorganize materials to create space for incoming inventory Pull orders for counter requests Retag shelves and perform general housekeeping Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment Job duties may align with roles such as:
