Full-Time Position Overview Custom Filters Direct is seeking a dependable and flexible Warehouse Associate to support both order picking and shipping operations. This role will move between areas as needed to ensure orders are picked accurately and trucks are loaded efficiently. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who is comfortable supporting multiple areas of the warehouse. Schedule Monday-Friday - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs) Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or system instructions Prepare and stage orders for shipment Load trucks safely and efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines Assist with inventory movement and organization within the warehouse Support both picking and shipping teams based on daily needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Qualifications Cherry picker certification required OR recent experience operating one (certification can be verified or renewed upon hire)• Previous warehouse, order picking, or shipping experience preferred Experience loading trucks is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 10 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and light lifting Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and at heights Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay Pay based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO offered after 90 days Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us Stable, full-time schedule (1st shift) Growing company with advancement opportunities Team-oriented environment Variety in daily tasks Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
